We are looking to add an exceptional individual to our fast-growing team. We support growing UK businesses to become more successful through better management information, and we assist investments into companies by helping them demonstrate their strategy.Our core services include financial modelling, Power BI data analytics and automation, and diligence. Our clients include privately owned and private equity backed organisations, predominantly in the SME space.

The individual will be a key part of our UK team, managing projects and our team in the Philippines. The UK team is responsible for sourcing and scoping projects, discussions with clients, and the final review and testing process. The build of models andanalytical platforms is performed by the Philippines team. This role will cover the UK duties, except for project origination.

Communication, attention to detail, creativity, and a high-quality approach are essential to success in this role.

Note this is an office based role.

Core duties
- Client facing role
- Will manage projects from the UK side, this will include understanding what clients need and attending all client calls
- If required you will have working sessions with clients, which may be at their offices, covering areas such as helping them use their tools or to gain information to support the Philippines team
- Building of our financial models and power BI platforms is done by our Philippines team, so you will be responsible for articulating what the client needs
- Hosting weekly workload meetings with our team in the Philippines
- Managing the workloads of the Philippines team to make sure they are busy and are completing tasks in the correct priority order
- Being available for calls with our Philippines team daily (key crossover hours are in the morning - 8am to 10.30 currently)
- Final review and testing of project work will be performed by you, before being shared with the end client
- If required, you will provide coaching support to the Philippines team
- It may be helpful to have a workflow system in place to manage the team tasks, if so you will be responsible for implementing and managing this system
- You will need to have a thorough understanding of our forecast models and power BI platforms so that you can discuss our work with both the client and the Philippines team
- While we want you to have good knowledge of our products, the intention is for you to have mínimal involvement in building the tools other than for sick or holiday cover. This is to ensure you have the appropriate time to manage clients, and to thoroughlyreview the work performed by the Philippines team
- May involve occasional travel to the Philippines but this will be infrequent

Essential qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Chartered Accountant

Highly desirable but not essential
- Big 4 experience
- Power BI experience
- Experience in using Excel data functions such as Power Query or Power Pivot
- Ability to write and use macros
- Advanced excel formula experience
- Maths / science based degree or academic history
