Our Head Office is based just outside of Ipswich, but we operate throughout the UK with the majority of our roles supported by remote working.

We are currently recruiting for a **Finance Administrator** to join our busy Finance Team at our Head Office based in Little Blakenham. We are a vibrant and dynamic finance team of 10 people, operating from our head office site at Little Blakenham in Suffolk and remotely.

**Position**:
**Duties as part of the team will include**:

- Authorisation of purchase invoices received from our Network of clinical providers
- Raising and processing of weekly and monthly sales invoices to our clients
- Communication with IPRS Operations Team to ensure continuous improvements to the efficiency of the process of invoice authorisation
- Building up a relationship with our Network Providers in order to improve accuracy within invoice submissions
- Production and maintenance of detailed process flow documents
- Participation in the team telephone rota, to include taking payment of excesses by credit card
- Other general financial administrative duties as necessary to maintain the smooth-running of the department.
