**What is the job?**
Fleet Administrator

**Working Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities*

Are you an experienced Administrator looking to join one of the UK’s leading renewables companies?
Assisting in the fleet administration team, you will work closely with drivers, suppliers and operations in order to ensure the fleet is well maintained. This will include recording any asset defects with sufficient details so repairs can carry out the best possible standard and both planners and operation are well informed of the situation and progress being made.
Fleet are also responsible for raising all purchase order number for maintenance of the fleet and finalising costs in order for the account team to process costs in a timely manner.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist Operations Manager’s as required with breakdown calls and reported defects
- Provide KPI reporting to relevant parties on incidents/accidents, breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance
- Work with suppliers to ensure that services provided are efficient and cost effective
- Ensure that associated company maintenance records are retained to the highest level to ensure compliance with external legislation and company procedure.
- Booking MOT in with providers and managing the MOT wall chart to ensure no vehicle misses mot
- Create purchase orders for Trailers/ Units/ On-Site Consumables within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Building new and developing ongoing relationships with key suppliers.
- Any Other duties as reasonably defined by the Fleet Administration Supervisor and Fleet and Engineering Manager.
