**Job Summary**

**This is an important role in which you will be required**:
**Role and Responsibilities**
- To ensure a quick turnaround of properties and a positive profile for DRC Property Ltd, through effective working relationships, with service providers and internal / external partners.
- Scheduling appointments
- Planning operative working activities, responding to an ever-changing environment
- The proactive monitoring of customers' experience of our service, providing feedback and suggestions on how we can improve
- Assisting the Social Housing Manager’s in administrative duties to provide an efficient, high-quality service
- Assisting the Social Housing Manager’s with costing and quoting for all works using a pre agreed schedule of rates
- Assisting the Social Housing Manager’s in updating our internal systems
- Assisting the Social Housing Manager’s in the collation of all relevant paperwork, documents, and information to ensure records are kept up to date
**To Be Successful in This Role You Will Require**
- Ability to work on your own initiative, although full support and training is available if required.
- Excellent communication / written skills.
- Ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines.
- Experience of dealing with the public in a service environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet customer needs and business requirements, **however we believe it will be during the hours of 8am to 6pm**:

**Desirable**:
- Have excellent organisation skills
- Experience in a repairs & maintenance environment
- Experience of the social housing industry
- Experience with working with operatives diaries/scheduling day to day or reactive repairs
- Experience of dealing with tradespeople
40 hours per week between 8am - 6pm Mon-Fri
Salary - £24,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working option after successful passing of probation period
