Job Title: Office Administrator

**Salary**: £10.57 per hour
Location: St Albans
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 5.00 pm (1 hour lunch break)
Contract: Temporary to permanent

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for an experienced office administrator to join a growing company in between Hatfield and St Albans.If you have a wealth of customer service and admin experience, and looking for an immediate start, then this role isfor you

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering inbound phone calls
- Off hiring of tools
- Dealing with Damaged products
- Reporting in regards to damaged goods
- Admin/customer service duties as and when required

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Previous customer service and admin experience
- Being able to use own initiative
- Fast learner
- IT literate and confident telephone manner
- Must be able to drive to reach the location

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Pension
