Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday - Friday
Location: Coventry (office based)

**Salary**: £24,000 - £25,000
We are looking for a strong administrator,enthusiastic and meticulous by nature to join us at our head office location with the following experience:

- Strong administration (at least 3 years’ experience within an administrative role)
- Previous experience as a PA would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience supporting stakeholders (internal mainly)
- Excellent verbal, written and spoken communication skills
- Strong knowledge and experience of using MS Suite
- Experience of successfully multitasking

You will be providing administrative support to the department head and the department team leaders in order to ensure everything runs smoothly and stays well organised. This is more of an administrative role than a PA role as you will not be accountable toone specific person and your duties are more administrative in general.
**Other roles include**:

- Managing department diary
- Tracking and ordering supplies for the office
- You may on rare occasion need to take minutes from meetings but not often
- Be a general support for the department (in an administrative capacity)
