**Heffernan Utilities is a trusted multi-utility provider working across the UK. We are a collective of highly skilled teams that work closely with our clients to build and deliver best in class solutions for Telecoms, Gas, Water and Electric utility services.**
Due to growth we are now looking for a Project Administrator to join us and work closely alongside the senior management team.
**The role**:
- RAMS / Method Statements.
- Managing direct and subcontract resources
- Complete team audits and quality audits
- Liaise with water, gas and electrical engineering departments to arrange necessary connections
- Close out NCRs, incident reports, in timely manner as required
- Work planning.
- Arrange and attend meetings.
- Order materials and plant.
- Manage works for Gas, Electric, and Water mains laying projects.
**Experience**:
- Strong computing skills (MS Office)
- Good telephone manner.
- Project administration experience.
- Hold Full driving licence.
**Salary and Package**:
- £20 - 27.5k per annum DOE (40 hours per week)
- 28 days annual leave.
