Are you a finance professional with a passion for social impact and strategic influence? Join our WPS team as a **Finance Business Partner (FBP)** and help shape the financial future of our social housing division.

**?? About the Role**

Reporting to the **Head of Financial Planning & Analysis**, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to the Divisional Managing Director and senior leadership team. You’ll provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, and support decision-making to drive performance and value across our social housing operations.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll lead on budgeting, forecasting, financial governance, and support for bids and commercial reviews.

**??? Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and analyse monthly and quarterly management accounts.
- Lead divisional budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
- Support bid teams with financial modelling and risk analysis.
- Oversee project-level financial performance and reporting.
- Drive improvements in financial controls, systems, and processes.
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to deliver strategic goals.
- Support year-end audit and statutory reporting.

**?? What We’re Looking For**

**Knowledge & Experience**:

- Strong background in financial and management accounting.
- Experience in social housing or public sector finance is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of IFRS, project accounting, and financial governance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel modelling.

**Qualifications**:

- ACA/FCA, ACCA/FCCA, or ACMA/FCMA qualified.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years in a senior finance role, ideally as an FBP or Financial Controller.
