We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join a rapidly expanding SaaS and IOT business based in Oxford. The COO will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, overseeing the delivery of the business strategy, and driving the company’s growth and profitability.

You will be responsible for the overall management of the company, and you will be the bridge between the Executive Team and the operational teams. The COO will act as a leader, mentor and strategist, and will develop and implement effective business plans and strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective business plans and strategies
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the business
- Oversee the delivery of the business strategy
- Lead the Executive Team and the operational teams
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the system architecture
- Work with the Executive Team to ensure the company’s growth and profitability
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the business
- Identify and implement process improvements

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a COO or similar role
- Extensive experience in the software and IOT industry
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Sales, Marketing and Finance
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Analytical and problem-solving aptitude
- Technical expertise in system architecture and software development

**Salary**: £70-120k + Share Options
