Based just north of Oxford set in beautiful offices, our client is a not-for-profit organisation who has continued to be a much-valued support to the local economy. They are recognised as a partner to businesses to help them grow and develop the Oxfordshireeconomy, whilst offering a range of commercial services.

Duties will include
- Taking control of the Chief Execs diary and travel arrangements, foreseeing any changes and amending where necessary.
- Circulate reports, agendas and minutes for board meetings where you will also attend
- Screening phone calls, enquiries, meeting and greeting visitors
- Producing documents and reports ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings
- Oversee regulatory and compliance issues such as health and safety, GDPR and fire risk assessments
- Maintain HR records and liaise with an external HR company
- Maintain and review administration systems
- Liaise positively and professionally with colleagues, clients and visitors
- Managing administration of company secretary duties

You will need to have office experience, including dealing with a wide range of matters, sometimes of a highly confidential or commercial nature. Excellent written and communication skills with knowledge of MS office packages. This interesting business willoffer you a varied position with the opportunity to grow and progress in a friendly team environment.

The position would suit a person who has great organisational skills, who can think on their feet and have a self-motivated positive attitude.

The position is office based, with free parking and is also offering flexible working hours.
