Investigo are exclusively partnering a Leisure Group with exciting growth plans, to recruit a Finance Business Partner.

You will support the finance director and operational teams across the group provide detailed understanding of budgets for each site, identifying key risks and opportunities.

You will act as a fully supportive business partner to the site lead and Senior Management Teams. Participate in the future strategy setting process including growth from a financial and commercial perspective.

Provide insight to better understand how each site is doing against budget, delivering timely and accurate financial performance reporting and support forecasting and budgeting processes

Develop financial and commercial strategies for organic growth and any changes in operational delivery.

This role will also need someone to travel to various sites across the UK, but this is down to you to manage your own diary as this is a hybrid role.

My client is looking for the following:

- Qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA
- Experience of business partnering and a strong commercial awareness
- Exposure to budgeting and forecasting process
- Ability to support and influence at all level of management
- Strong team player and the type of person who always look at the bigger picture.
