Join to apply for the Finance Business Partner role at Lusona Consultancy. Lusona Consultancy partners with a renowned manufacturing company in Ayrshire to recruit a Finance Business Partner on an initial contract basis for 3 months. The role will report to the Finance Director and will be a hybrid role, 4 days in office. The daily rate is between £240‑£270, depending on experience. Key responsibilities include: Provide insight and guidance across manufacturing and production operations. Act as the liaison between finance, operations, sales and commercial teams. Perform cost breakdowns, margin analysis, manufacturing variances and profitability analysis. Lead discussions and ensure plans are aligned with business objectives. Ensure strong awareness of cost‑control measures and drive performance across a multi‑site environment. Educate non‑financial stakeholders on the financial implications of operational decisions. Support strategic and operational decision making. Desired qualifications and skills: Immediate availability or soon to be available. Strong communication, planning and analysis skills. Experience in business partnering; accounting background preferred. Experience in manufacturing or supply chain is preferred but non‑essential. Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to bring substance to numbers for non‑financial stakeholders.
