Are you a qualified early years practitioner looking for your next role?

Source Supply are working with a school in Redcar to recruit a early years practitioner to start as soon as possible. The successful applicant will have experience working in busy early years settings and will be a nurturing, calm and confident team player who can help children reach their full potential.

**Requirements**:
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:

- Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning (or be able to evidence they are working towards this).
- Have referenceable experience working in a nursery/early years setting.
- Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
- Be comfortable supporting the class teacher to deliver a range of lessons.
- Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
