The role offers agile home working flexibility but you will be required to be in the office a few times a month to assist with on boarding.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will attract the best talent to our business across a range of business departments including; Customer Service, Administration, Finance, Property Management, IT, Project Management, Health and Safety and People Services.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Work in partnership with a range of business disciplines across RMG, to deliver successful recruitment campaigns from requisition to offer
- Ensure that all vacancies are authorised by the appropriate Director using agreed job and person specifications
- Create compelling and creative job advertisements for use across a range of recruitment sources.
- Establish a potential pipeline of new recruits by promoting opportunities at RMG through social media, recruitment fairs and liaison with local schools, colleges or universities if appropriate
- Promote and manage the company “Refer a Friend” scheme
- Administer the placement of all vacancy advertising on both internal and external sources, such as the company intranet, website and job boards etc.
- Utilising Recruitment+ ATS ensure that accurate and suitable job offers are made in an efficient and timely manner
**Personal characteristics, skills and experience**
- Minimum of 12 months’ experience working in agency or in house talent acquisition
- Resilience to work in a fast paced environment
- Well organised and able to manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities
- An appreciation of the importance of process whilst remaining outcome focused
- Curious minded with the ability to ask insightful questions
- A positive and solutions focused attitude
- Assertiveness to challenge internal stakeholders and recruitment agencies when required
- Good stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong interviewing skills, either face to face, by phone or video call
- Demonstrates effective listening skills - e.g. asks follow up questions to gain clarity, makes a judgement based on fact, takes on board the perspectives of others.
- Ensure politeness and courtesy at all times to colleagues
- Be able to communicate verbally in a clear, concise and business like way to the audience
- Can communicate effectively with small/medium sized audiences
