**£Up to 27k**
Our client is part of a privately-owned business with nurseries in the South London and Surrey area. They are looking for a Early Years Practitioner at their beautiful and inspiring Nursery.
**Duties**:
You will be proving a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care, working a part of a team to provide an enabling environment and to build strong parent partnerships to enable all children’s needs to be met.
Main responsibilities include:
To report regularly and maintain open communication with your room leader and nursery manager.
To provide high quality care whilst adhering to the Policies & Procedures, ensuring compliance with the Children Act and Health and Safety legislation, all within the requirements and guidelines laid down by Ofsted.
To effectively deliver the EYFS ensuring that the individual needs and interest of children in the setting are met (in conjunction with other team members).
To keep records of your key children’s development and learning journeys and share with parents, carers, and other key adults in the child’s life.
Support all staff and engage in a good staff team.
To develop and maintain strong partnerships and communication with parents/carers to facilitate day-to-day caring and early learning needs.
Skills and experience:
You will need to be a minimum L3.
Fluent in Spoken & Written English.

Working Week:
Our client offers several different working patterns. over 4 or 5 days per week.
