Our **Milton Keynes** site are now recruiting for a **Stock Control Clerk** **on a** **on a full time, permanent basis.

**Salary**:£22,000 per annum

**Working hours**: Monday - Friday between 8am and 4pm

**Job Description**:
The purpose of a **Stock Control Clerk** is to carry out stock counts and ensure administrative duties are completed within timescale.

Key Duties of a Stock Control Clerk:

- Carry out physical stock counts, capturing any discrepancies found and adjusting stock levels on the system (WMS)
- Ensuring that all administrative duties are carried out with efficiency and within timescales.
- Keep accurate records of any adjustments made on the system
- Keep accurate records of any Customer Returns and prepare reports
- Raising of customers’ orders and prepare the necessary pick list for each specific order.
- Liaise with drivers visiting the site that are delivering and / or collecting stock and ensure that all vehicle / driver details are captured
- Maintain good communication with customers, drivers and Managers.
- Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines
- Report any defects found on site in relation to the product, equipment or facilities

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years previous experience in a similar role
- Good Standard of Literacy and Numeracy
- Good working knowledge of Stock system and MS packages
- IT Literate with working knowledge of WMS / SAP
