**Hybrid working after successful 6 month probationary period, 3 days in the office & 2 days at home**

This is one of the youngest and fastest growing consultancies in their field; they are now in the market for some new talent to join their brilliant team at their office in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire.

You will be responsible for providing a full secretarial support service to all fee earners.

**An example of the duties involved is as follows**:

- Audi Typing (digital dictation)
- Creating and organising court bundles
- Generation of standard letters, filling in templates and monitoring response times
- Monitoring and updating trackers
- Liaising with fee earners and providing updates as required
- Reviewing and filtering incoming notices
- Processing of all incoming mail; scanning to client files and ensuring accuracy and organisation of data
- Uploading client data to system, adding deadlines where necessary
- Document processing and management (Photocopying, scanning, distribution, etc.)
- Booking couriers and singing for deliveries
- Assisting with answering incoming calls from main switchboard and meeting and greeting clients/visitors to the office, if required
- Helping out with other support roles as and when required

Legal experience is not necessary, but we'd love to find someone that has worked within a similar role where organisation, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure is key.

You must be able to work independently and manage your own workload.

Strong PC literacy is required for this role as is accurate typing skills and the ability to work under pressure, for a range of different fee earners, to different deadlines.

We are seeking someone highly professional yet personable and down to earth; someone who is able to build strong working relationships with colleagues in order to work efficiently as part of the team.
