As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalised care to individuals in their homes. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for those you support by assisting with daily activities, implementing care plans, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while adhering to established care protocols.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality personal care and support to clients in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition, reporting these to the appropriate personnel.
- Drive to clients' homes as required, ensuring safe transportation and punctuality.
- Support clients with IT-related tasks when necessary, helping them stay connected with family and friends through technology.
- Foster a warm and friendly environment that encourages client engagement and emotional well-being.
**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to drive safely and efficiently between locations as needed for home care visits.
- Experience or familiarity with care home settings is advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs is beneficial.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Strong organisational skills to manage time effectively while handling multiple clients' needs.
