**Service Desk Manager - Settlements - FX - ITIL - Cloud Based Solutions**
Service Desk Manager is required to join a Fintech organisation who provide key post-trade services to the FX space to help grow and establish a client facing service desk support function. Based in London (hybrid working, 3 days in the office), this is a permanentposition paying between £100,000 and £120,000.
This is a really exciting opportunity where you will join a company that is at the pre-launch phase and join with the responsibility of growing and establishing the service desk function. The team is currently 1, but you will design the service desk frameworksbuilding a fully fledged support function for this organisation’s external clients; ensuring the smooth running of a critical post-trade service.
**Requirements**:
- Extensive experience in Service Desk or client-facing platform support management, with an excellent understanding of ITIL.
- Good practice in the Financial Markets, ideally back office / settlements; FX would be a huge bonus.
- Proven experience in designing support services and building out teams.
- Strong technical knowledge, experience in using cloud-based infrastructure delivery (ideally MS Azure).
