**Service Desk Manager - IT MSP**

£62,000 per annum

City Of London Office.

I am representing an award winning IT MSP who are looking for an experienced Service Desk Manager to come and manager an excellent Support Division.

**Team Size - 20**

**Team Leads - 3**

You will be responsible for managing daily operations of the service desk, managing the service desk team, representing the team to other stakeholders, and helping to ensure that the service desk is constantly developing and improving.

**Key responsibilities**
- You will also be required to work closely with key customers and attend (local) site visits when required.
- Work closely with the project team's to help manage existing projects
- An ability to balance and plan the short-term actions of the team.
- Knowledge and understanding of all relevant industry standards.
- Make sure team is utilising new halo ticketing system
- Knowledge and understanding of best practices for service management.
