As part of the EMEA marketing services team, reporting to the Head of Marketing Services, your role is instrumental in contributing to shape our digital strategy and to execute it consistently across our EMEA regions. Building on your existing skills andexperience you will act as the company’s voice of authority in the field of digital marketing. You will be expected to keep up to date with digital marketing technologies and trends, making recommendations for possible improvements and becoming the point person for digital marketing, marketing intelligence and data services within the Group. **Responsibilities**: - Lead Digital Marketing for the group level activity - Centrally manage relevant activity and strategies such as SEO and paid advertising. - Provide and develop Smart Data services for the marketing team and actively push and develop services to the wider businessin order to ensure they are fully utilised for marketing campaigns. - Provide analytics and reporting to document evidence of performance for digital platform tools and ensure that we are retaining ROIand maximise our approach using our digital platforms. - Lead the strategic approach of the toolset we have within the Group for digital marketing - Utilise the platforms to ensure optimised services and campaigns can be executed to meet any objective. - Take ownership of the charging mechanisms for digital marketing and intelligence services within the marketing services team in order to generate budget for tools where necessary. Including rate card pricing for services under digital marketing and SmartData. - Keep up to date with industry trends, look for and research toolsand services that would add to our marketing and intelligence capabilities. - Develop social media best practices with the local teams. Including training, maximising tools use and reporting of results of activity. - Youtube platform ownership and video editing - utilizing video in order to provide an effective strategy for use within Nuvias Group. Including branding and "language" (corporate/relaxed etc). - Build personal awareness of current trends and overall digital landscape in order to suggest creative content ideas for e-marketing, working towards improving open rates and engagement. - Analytics and reporting insights to the central team - Develop analytics and dashboards and work with the marketing teams to put effective reports to put into their reporting. - Oversight of company contact and segmentation data and working with internal teams to create opportunities to improve data quality - Guidelines and statistics to identify room for improvement for account segmentation data/contact quality etc. - Provide aforementioned digital marketing and BI services to Nuvias stakeholders (Vendor/Reseller/Internal). - Support our European field marketing managers in monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, especially top of funnel and provide actionable insights to optimise their ROI. **Requirements**: - A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred - A minimum of 4 years experience in a digital marketing position. Experience in marketing B2B technology preferred. - Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify long term trends in data - Proven ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights - Proven experience managing SEO and SEM campaigns and analytics - In-depth knowledge of website analytics - Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word. - Experience with Data Visualization and BI toolssuch as Power BI and Tableau - Prior experience working with CRM systems - Solid knowledge of video marketing - platforms and video editing software - Working proficiency inmarketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Marketo and Eloqua. Prior experience with HubSpot is a plus. - Up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies - HTML, CSS and JavaScript knowledge is required - Good understanding of GDPR and other data privacy regulations in Europe and the UK - Ability to manage time and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Critical-thinker, team player and tech savvy - Knowledge of Germanwould be an advantage although not necessary.
