**Fraud Claims Investigator** - Salary up to £30,800
We are looking for a Fraud Investigator who has a background in insurance, investigation role or has been in a fraud prevention type role previously. This role will involve investigating, engaging with customers and third parties to assist with evidencegathering.
**A bit about the job**:
The role will be supporting property claims. As the Fraud Claims Investigator, you will review potentially fraudulent claims that have been referred from a variety of sources, by appropriately investigating potential fraudulent claims and support our genuinecustomers claims being settled as quickly as possible.
You will deal with customer demand so must have effective telephony skills and be able to show initiative, making quick decisions when necessary. Along with managing your own time whilst working as a team to maintain a caseload of active investigations.
**Skills and experience we’re looking for**:
- Have an understanding of fraud investigations and possible outcomes of investigations
- Experience working in insurance claims or fraud investigation
- The ability to effectively manage personal workload
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral
- Knowledge of UK legislation including The Fraud Act 2006 (desirable)
