A long established traditional Northamptonshire Financial services firm based in stunning new offices is currently seeking an Administrator to join their team. Although experience of working within an IFA business is not essential, you will need office administrationand client service experience. Working as part of the administration team, you will be guided and mentored by a team who have a wealth of experience and knowledge about the firm and their client base. This role requires previous administration experience, charm, discretion and impeccablecommunication skills. The firm have excellent staff and client retention so an efficient memory is key, for example, the capacity to remember when people are going on that special holiday or when the children are starting school etc make all the differencein this busy support role. It is remembering these finer details which gives our client such a strong rapport with all those they work alongside whether internal or external to the business. This is an environment where nothing is too much for a client toask, whether the "client" be an internal Adviser, another member of the team or external client. Your day will be varied including a range of administration tasks both general day to day administration and more complex financial services specific administrationon behalf of the advisers. You will assist the office support team with a variety of administrative tasks to include: - Ensuring compliance documents are up to date - Providing admin support to Advisers - Day to day office administration, including filing/scanning/post/updating client database/keeping compliance documents up to date - Covering the front desk reception -meeting and greeting clients, answering phone - Answering phone calls and putting them through to the suitable person - Taking accurate and detailed messages when necessary - Meeting and greeting a diverse range of clients - Going above and beyond to support internal colleagues and clients alike - Continuously building rapport with clients, suppliers, visitors and the internal office team This is a full time position and the core office hours are 8.45am to 5.15pm.
