Required Skills and Experience Experience of school systems and using SIMS. You will have strong spoken and written communication skills and secure IT skills in order to deal with oral or written exchanges with a range of audiences. Specifically: You will be able to use Microsoft Office and SIMS (or other school management systems). Experience of ParentPay desirable. Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with people at all levels. Ability to prioritise, manage own workload and use initiative, at times, working independently. Ability to record written and numerical information accurately and reliably. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Salary: Band C- £26,824 (Pro‑rata) £12,741 (Actual salary) Working Pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8.50am – 2.00pm / Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm (Break 12.00 – 12.30) 20.5 hours per week – worked over 4 days (0.5 hour break) TTO Required to start 5th January 2026 or as soon as possible following this date.
