Butler rose are partnered with a fantastic well know manufacturer in Kendal. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Finance Business Partner/management Accountant to join a great well-established team in a fantastic business for a 14 month fixed term contract. Working closely with the Financial controller and key stakeholders this role will be pivotal in delivering improved costing and reporting to support profitable growth.
**Your new role as Finance Business Partner**:
**Your duties will include**:
Produce the group monthly management accounts including, consolidation, creating and posting journals and reconciliations
Build partnerships and strong relationships with senior managers, directors and their teams to provide finance support for operational and commercial decision making
Provide input and assistance to yearly budgets and quarterly forecasts
Generate monthly reporting packs and conduct monthly meetings with departmental Budget-holders to discuss headcount and expenditure, identify efficiencies and cost-savings and prepare monthly re-forecasts of departmental overheads
Liaise with Accountants in other parts of the group to agree Inter-Company balances on a monthly basis
Implement and create business controls and procedures
Liaises with auditor and provides supporting schedules for the year-end audit.
Prepare Cash-flow forecast each month
Support ongoing systems development
**The Experience & Qualifications Required**:
ACA / ACCA/CIMA Qualified
Manufacturing/costing/stock experience
Strong Excel/data experience
Driven & ambitious individual who will thrive in a swiftly moving, ever-changing environment
Management experience including personnel and team development
**Your Reward & The Package On Offer**:
As Finance Business Partner, you shall receive
A salary of up to £48,000 per annum depending on experience
5 weeks holiday plus bank
