Academics are currently looking for a positive and enthusiastic Nursery Operations Manager to join a busy team in Bexleyheath. This is an exciting role for someone with previous management experience looking for a new position to begin ASAP. This role willreport directly to the business owner and will be regarded as the highest decision maker within the business, under the leadership of the owner.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Nursery School sector including relevant legislation and statutory frameworks.
- Experience in achieving sustainable improvement in value and outcomes.
- Experience of financial and budgetary management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven leadership experience, with the personal vision and presence to inspire and empower
- Resilient and calm when under pressure, able to balance conflicting priorities and manage their time well.
- Highest standards of personal integrity, leading by example.
