We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Specialist SCPHN - MASH?MARAC practitioner to work within Redbridge. This opportunity is based in central Ilford covering the whole of Redbridge.
We are looking for 2 practitioners to work part-time covering 22.5hrs per week up to 37.5hrs.
The role will be working with the multiagency team.

The Post-holder will assist with the effective running, by professional representation of Universal Childrens services, as part of the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) & Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) process across the designated localities within NELFT.
The post holder will contribute to the effective management of MASH & MARAC case information within the Locality established panels.
The post holder will maintain clinical credibility and will provide clinical support to Universal teams, support/lead development of the role, appropriate clinical guidelines and managerial/child protection supervision.
The Post holder will show leadership skills and support & deputise for the Team Lead and Operational Lead.

Starting with NELFT
NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop-in sessions focusing on engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.

High-Cost Area Supplement
This post also attracts payment for High-Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £4,551 and a maximum payment of £5,735) pro rata for part time staff.
