**What You’ll Do**

**As a**Food & Beverage Assistant**, you will**:

- ** Provide Excellent Wait Service**: Take orders and deliver food and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.
- ** Make Menu Recommendations**: Answer questions and offer suggestions to enhance the dining experience.
- ** Maintain Cleanliness**:**Collaborate with team members to keep the shop and serving areas organised and spotless.
- ** Handle Transactions**: Operate the POS system accurately and process payments according to company guidelines.
- ** Ensure Compliance**:**Follow safe food preparation, handling, storage, and sanitation practices, meeting all health and safety standards.
- ** Create a Welcoming Environment**:**Greet all guests warmly, making them feel comfortable and valued.

**Who We’re Looking For**

**We’re seeking an individual who**:

- ** Has**prior experience** in food and beverage service**(a plus)
- ** Demonstrates**excellent verbal communication** and customer service skills
- ** Has**good mathematical skills** and is comfortable operating a POS system
- ** Is**detail-oriented** with a strong focus on cleanliness and organisation
- ** Can work independently and as part of a team**in a fast-paced environment
- ** Is flexible and reliable** (available for a minimum of 12 hours per week during the season)
