**Apprenticeship Levy Consultant**
**The Company**
A large, successful and highly ambitious training provider with national coverage. Currently working with an extensive range of large employers, including many NHS trusts, local authorities and house-hold names within the commercial sector.
**Summary**
As an Apprenticeship Levy Consultant, your key responsibility will be to manage key employer accounts in order to ensure the quality of delivery and maximise their levy spend. The role is in effect, a Key Account Manager.
The role will be home-based but will involve national travel.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- To act as a main point of contact and advisor to large employers, supporting them to maximise the impact of their levy spend and improve staff development across the business.
- Conducting training needs analysis to explore ways in which the provider can develop additional programmes that address specific skills gaps, demonstrating a return on investment.
- Work closely with operational delivery teams to develop and continuously improve the quality of programme delivery, ensuring employers needs are met.

**We are looking for people who**:

- Are experienced in managing relationships with large, levy paying companies.
- Have excellent knowledge of the Apprenticeship Levy systems and processes.
- Have a detailed understanding of delivery models and areas in which they can be tailored.
- Are competent in conducting Training Needs Analysis.
- Can communicate, persuade and influence at senior level.
- Understand the importance of first class service delivery and continuous improvement.
