Office based: Exeter or surrounding areas

Remuneration: £27,000 - £38,000 + bonus

The role of the Account Manager - Heat Pumps will involve:

- Account Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of heat pumps
- All of your time will be spending dealing and selling to architects and installers
- Prepare detailed heat pumps designs and submit quotations and proposals to clients, then updating them accordingly when sub-contractor quotes are in
- Managing the quotation process, this requires converting the quotations to orders and handing over the procedure to the manufacturing and technical team
- Responsible for up keeping strong relationships with existing clients and to find new clients through the relationships made
- Possess the ability to manipulate and dissect data whilst maintaining the CRM system
- Organising your workload to meet deadlines and prioritising responses accordingly
- Dealing with the renewables and plumbing sectors, whilst working on a variety of projects such as new builds and social housing all over the country
- Supporting the sales manager and the departments needs as and when required
- No cold calling required
- Occasionally required to work in the Truro office but isn’t often

The ideal applicant will be an Account Manager - Heat Pumps with:

- Must have 2 years’ experience in a sales or account manager role within the construction industry
- Must have experience within the renewables sector, such as selling air source heat pumps OR solar products
- Experience working with ground source heat pumps extremely beneficial however training will be provided
- Strong personable and relationship building skills, energetic and passionate about renewables
- Must have strong technical knowledge and capabilities
- Good communicator with a genuine hunger and desire to achieve
- Stable career background
- IT literate, especially Excel and Word
