**About the Opportunity**
In this pivotal role within the Decommissioning & Regeneration Business Product Transformation team, you will play a crucial part in steering our organization into the future.
Your work will involve: Helping product managers and owners across our business units to tell the story and articulate the value of their products to our internal sales capability, and to our external clients.
- Challenging product owners and managers, and helping them, identifying opportunities for innovation, and supporting the products through the E2E product development framework to deliver tangib
- le results and direct value to our business or our clients.
- Helping the DD&P team share details of their success, via newsletters, social media internal websites and articles.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Draft, design, and distribute monthly internal newsletters.
- Ensure all communications meet brand and internal/external communications policies - working with corporate comms. team as needed.
- Gather and edit content from team members for newsletters.
- Develop and execute internal marketing campaigns.
- Create marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and presentations.
- Manage internal social media platforms to increase visibility.
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts.
- Write and edit articles, blog posts, and other internal content.
- Highlight success stories, project updates, and new initiatives.
- Assist in organising and promoting internal events and webinars.
- Provide logístical support for events.
- Gather feedback on internal communications efforts.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies.
