Responsible for managing projects simultaneously and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the customer’s expectations.
The CRM consultant is responsible for independently documenting the project scope, designing, configuring and carrying out the training of systems. The CRM consultant must be able to keep the project on track and in scope, ensuring open communication with the customer at all times. They must be able to travel to meetings across the country.
The CRM consultant is responsible for configuring Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 systems and ensuring that Dynamics implementations are deployed to live environments.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

- Responsible for implementations of Dynamics 365.
- Attend diagnostic and workshop meetings as necessary on customer site across the UK. Capture clear MOSCOW requirements which should be delivered in 10 working days.
- Being responsible for all aspects of system scope from the design and architecture stage through to completion and handover to the client.
- Independent production and management of system documentation (Diagnostic, system design and change requests).
- The CRM consultant will work with the technical team to architect and configure Dynamics 365 as necessary, to include the creation workflows and forms, manipulate the process bar as required, carry out data routines including data import, deploy the site to live and carry out training on customer site.
- Responsible for conveying work for the development team and oversee the dev work as necessary. Test any work carried out by a developer for delivery to the customer.
- Ensuring that the highest quality standards are met by carrying out technical testing on all work that is carried out.
- Triggering invoice points working with the project manager.
- Carrying out all end user and technical training to customers across the UK.
- Sign off all MUSTs from the diagnostic documentation.
- Ensuring all documents are branded to the Synergy Technology Limited’s brand guidelines.
- Identifying go live risks and highlighting these with the project manager.
- Driving clients, suppliers and sub-contractors as necessary on each implementation, ensuring the lines of communication are always open.
- Creating a working environment that allows everyone to work to the best of their abilities.
- Handover any COULDs for future work to the account manager from diagnostic documentation. Work with the account manager to identify possible areas for future enhancement based on technical and functional knowledge of systems.
- Managing client expectations.
- Negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors as necessary on each project.
- Taking into account a client’s interests.

Key skills required
- Knowledge and awareness of Project Management principles, documents and plans to work closely with the Project Manager.
- Good facilitation and analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Dynamics CRM / 365 and an ability to develop personal training on the system to configure and carry out training.
- Ability to deliver results on time to the very highest standards.
- Ability to quickly gain the technical, behavioural and contextual elements of a project.
- Running large and small scale projects.
- Project reporting.
- Stakeholder management.
