**Job Overview**
This role is pivotal in supporting our Board of Directors, staff and enhancing productivity through effective clerical and data entry tasks. Proficiency in word & excel is highly desirable and ability to work independently is essential.
**Responsibilities**
Support the Board of Directors, Bar Manager and bar staff in all administrative duties.
Oversee all compliance and regulatory duties for the club.
Manage incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Organise and maintain office files, ensuring easy access to information as needed.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and all meeting documentation.
Prepare documents and reports as required.
Support financial record-keeping using accounting software, including invoicing and expense tracking.
Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the club.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is desirable but not essential.
- Familiarity with accounting software for basic financial administration is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
- Experience dealing with regulatory bodies.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
