The City & Capital Group are delighted to be the search partner of a well-funded, SME focused, commercial finance provider who have engaged our services in order to appoint a driven and ambitious Sales Support Executive into a newly created role to supporttheir rapid expansion plans. The ideal individual will take responsibility for providing administrative support to the sales team in the delivery of new business objectives.

Our client provides provide receivables based funding for SME’s typically ranging from £250k-£500k. The growth plans for the business are ambitious but achievable given opportunity provided by the majority of traditional Invoice Finance providers withdrawingtheir support for smaller businesses.

These roles would be an excellent first step into the Invoice Finance sector with full training provided for the experienced team, or a way to accelerate your career within the sector for those in an entry level role who have the potential to progress morerapidly that their current business can facilitate.

The salary on offer is between £25k - £35k for the ideal individual which will be complemented by an annual bonus and access to the company benefits scheme. Higher offers may be considered for exceptional individuals if and where relevant.

This roles will be based from the Midlands office with some travel to client meetings and networking events.

**Required Experience**
- Commercial awareness and the ability to work in a results-focused environment
- Prior experience in invoice finance/banking would be beneficial but is not essential, as full professional training will be provided
- Good knowledge of how to effectively use all of the major social media platforms
