**Typical responsibilities**
- User Management analyst role
- Execute, manage and monitor requests to add, change, delete user access
- Monitor user management SLAs
- Provide feedback on user definition to Segment team
- Manage leaver/joiner process
- Perform role mapping for future backbone releases
- Ensure segregation of duties are followed
- Ensure DOA aligns with role and duties
- Act as liaison to trainers
