Role Purpose:
Responsible for providing personal and pompt IT support for : Vodafone Chairman, Board, EXCO, VIP’s (Senior Leadership Team ) and their PAs and Critical Business roles for all technology requirments.. The VIP support specialist has to closely collaborate with Principal Manager VIP Support, other Principal Managers, support teams within Group Technology and other VIP supporters from local markets.

**With us you will**:
**Operational Technology Support for**:

- Vodafone Chairman, Non-Executive Directors, CEO and Executive Directors, VIP’s (Senior leadership team) and their PAs and Critical Business roles.
- To keep Office IT Management informed about Major Incidents, Issues and general VIP community feedback.
- Understand and ensure that all elements required to restore the VIP service are known and in place in the event of a crisis (Service Continuity Management)
- Actively seek feedback from the customer regarding Office IT services
- Advocate Office IT and Security standards / best practices within Vodafone VIP community
- Act as point of contact for all Senior Leadership Team demands while effectively managing stakeholder expectations for all deliverables.
- Participation in local, regional and global forums where appropriate
- Management of assets -Asset Management tool updates and maintenance of data

**Work within security & compliance guidelines**:

- Ensure VIP’s understand document classification.
- Ensure users are aware of data loss prevention policies with Vodafone.
- Ensure all mobile devices are enrolled in InTune and upto date with the latest polices.

**VIP Service Tools and access**:

- Be responsible for tools and access for VIP Support team
- Engage with other Office IT and External teams to formulate processes and support structures.
- Fluent English in oral and written

**Must Have Technical/ Professional Qualification**
- Provides an excellent level of customer service over the phone, remotely and in person.
- Interacts confidently and comfortably with senior executive management and follows up on user questions, problems, and special requests.
- Actively seeks knowledge about new technologies that are important to Vodafone VIP user community.
- Develops and maintains skills / knowledge of technology platforms.
- Understands the differing situations in which support might be required. (In an ‘emergency’ where obvious visibility of the understanding of the importance of the issue is paramount or day to day where it is more important to respect the customers time and availability / disruption)
- Protects the brand by ensuring IT security policies are adhered to.
