**Your workplace**
You will be based at various locations across Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale. Your office base will be in Heywood but occasionally you may be expected to undertake reasonable travel to one of our other Shared Lives schemes.
**Your role**
- Review and Implement Essential Lifestyle plans
- Review Individual Plans
- Support people to live the life they choose
- Support people to strengthen their skills and decrease the need for paid support
- Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with individuals their families/carers, circles of support, staff of outside agencies, including public and voluntary agencies.
- Maintain amicable and professional relationships with staff within the organisation.

**Your hours**
This is a full-time role for 37 hours per week, usually working 9am to 16.45, however a degree of flexibility will be required Monday to Friday.
**What we can offer you**
The salary for the role is £19,948.87 per annum. We will pay up to an additional 4% of your salary into a pension plan for you, which will grow every year until you retire. You’ll get twenty days paid holiday plus eight statutory bank holidays. We also offer an additional ‘Duvet Day’ for those who qualify.
We will provide you with lots of training and support you to gain NVQ qualification. There are also lots of opportunities to progress within the organisation
