Due to growth, we are currently looking to recruit a full-time, permanent Administrator to join the Custom Solutions Team based at our Link Park, Newhouse facility.
Assisting with the successful day to day running of the Custom Solutions Department by supporting the team to ensure a smooth running of the operations. This role includes organising, facilitating and tracking Custom Solutions activities related to production, supply chain and departmental objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Acknowledge and process incoming orders
- Utilising the Approved Suppliers list to source 3rd party supplied products
- Updating schedule planner with new orders with due date and start build date
- Track incoming deliveries against project trackers and chase suppliers where required
- Issue job packs, along with labels to the Warehouse daily
- Track and notify assembly team of any product transfer delays or reacknowledgement
- Request all customer required certificates for Custom Solutions orders
- Communicate certifications to appropriate customers in a timely manner
- Exhibit our Company's values during every interaction you have with our customers and suppliers both internal and external
- Track and ensure we do all we can to meet the customer's requirements and expectations
**Essential Requirements**
- Organised, methodical approach to work with excellent time management skills
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent IT literacy with the ability to use MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Must demonstrate personal values that are aligned with Swagelok Company Values
- Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a close team as well as the ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent organisational, administration and problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan and organise workload to ensure deadlines are met
**Preferred Requirements**
- Knowledge of any of the following sectors would be beneficial Oil & Gas, Semi-Conductor, Chemical & Petrochemical, Biopharmaceutical & Pharmaceutical
- Suitable university qualification such as a BA in Business Management or relevant experience of working within a similar role
- Previous experience of working with SAP B1 or a similar system would be advantageous
**Salary**: Up to £24,500.00 per year
