Fortitudo is a privately owned property development company that principally focuses on residential and commercial development across the South and London. We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working, and self-motivated Office Junior to join our very busy office.

The Office Junior will ensure the business is supported correctly and carry out its daily functions without interruption. The role offers a chance to challenge the norm and work in an environment that is both creative and rewarding.

**MAIN DUTIES**
- You’ll work with the Executive Assistant to support them in keeping the professional lives of the CEO and Directors organised and running seamlessly: preparing meeting rooms, greeting clients, keeping people on time, screening telephone calls, managing diaries and inboxes, client meetings, sorting mail and couriers, stock replenishment, filing, and a range of personal tasks.
- There is also a chance to experience all aspects of property development: assisting with sales, marketing, accounting and general administration.
- All requests should be completed in a timely and appropriate manner.

This role is office-based only, applicants must be willing to travel to the office daily.

Location: Poole (office based - working from home is not an option)

Working days: Monday - Friday (full-time)

Working hours: 8:00-17.00 with a 30-minute break

**Salary**: £18,000 - £25,000 depending on experience

Holiday: 35 days including bank holidays

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
