**Role**

We are currently looking for an
- **Accounts Receivable Supervisor** to join our team of associates at Rosewood London. Our
- **Accounts Receivable Supervisor** is entrusted to supervise and to perform the collection and management of accounts receivable and other claims.**Key expectations of this role are**
- Verifying that bookings as recorded correctly in the Accounts Receivable Sub-Ledgers and that payments are received promptly.
- Attending any enquiries made by guests in which an invoice has been issued.
- Verifying all credit card sales are settled, payments are received from the credit card companies and no unsettled sales vouchers remain.
- Developing initiatives for bad debt prevention and collection.
- Effectively supervise and develop the Accounts Assistant.

- Being highly organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
- Having a good understanding of financial systems (Opera, Sun).
- Possessing an exceptional level of attention to detail.
- Having an analytical mindset.
- Possessing a sense of urgency.
