Altum are excited to partner with a well-recognised hospitality company to find them a Finance Analyst to sit within the FP&A team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and become a key part of their continued strategic expansion.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will help to develop a companywide strategy aiming to push the business forward. This is a newly created role that requires a positive and proactive approach.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the delivery of revenue and operating profit targets through business partnering, value analysis and insight
- Support the Finance Business Partners to optimise the financial performance of the business by identifying drivers of performance
- Work to build and review Budgets, Forecasts and understand the short
- and longer-term performance trends against these.
- Support the delivery of our forecast through identification and analysis
- Product and venue profitability analysis to maximise performance
- Partnering the commercial teams to evaluate and track the performance of all New Product Development
- Identify cost saving opportunities in our products and supporting the delivery of these projects through thorough financial analysis and governance
- Support pricing decisions through identification of pricing opportunities, analysing the choices and tracking the performance of changes that we make
- Accountable for the development, reporting and governance of our supplier performance process.
- Providing analysis to review performance of key suppliers and identify potential risks/ opportunities. This includes the tracking and optimisation of supplier income and business growth incentives
- Supporting with the monthly commercial review process - challenging BU forecasts, R&O and working alongside FP&A in the delivery of the outputs

**Key Skills**
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
- Understanding of budgeting and forecasting, with commercial acuity and an understanding of sales to gross profit
- Knowledge of creating a Business Appraisal and providing insightful analysis
- Experience working within either a Retail Finance/FMCG/Manufacturing
- Can communicate with impact to senior management, business partners and wider finance teams
- A quick learner, enthusiastic and solution driven
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using finance systems
