**We have a great opportunity within a reputable firm in London for a Locum Residential Property Solicitor to start ASAP for 3 months + in duration.**

***The Opportunity
Our client, a friendly, long-established firm based in London are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to handle a mixed caseload of Residential Property matters. The role is to start ASAP and will be for 3 months with a possibility of extension until thefirm recruit on a permanent basis. They will consider someone working fully remotely.

**Responsibilities**:
The locum will deal with a mixed caseload of residential property matters to include:

- Handling the sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
- Dealing with mortgages and re-mortgages
- Acting on Transfer of Equity and Equity Release
- Dealing with HNW clients
