**We are working on an attractive new opportunity for a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to assist at a reputable law firm starting ASAP for 2 months +. **The Opportunity
Our client is a friendly, long established law firm who offer their clients a range of services and pride themselves on their personable approach.
The firm are seeking a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to assume responsibility for a busy caseload covering the full remit of commercial property matters. The locum is required to assist for 2 months +, whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis. Ourclient will allow someone to work fully remotely.

**Responsibilities**:
The locum will manage commercial property work to include:

- Acquisitions and disposals
- Leases
- Landlord and tenant
- Development

The locum will also benefit from shared secretarial support.
