**Responsibilities**:

- Customer debt chasing.
- Cashbook updates and reconciliation.
- Monitoring credit compliance.
- Updating customer online portals.
- Preparation of supplier payments.
- Assistance with purchase ledger.
- Dealing with customer and supplier queries.
- Other ad-hoc finance related tasks.
- A confident person with good communication skills.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Knowledge of IT systems.
- The ability to accurately process data.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience in account administration beneficial.
- Willing to study towards and AAT qualification.
