**Summary**:
We are looking for Senior Support Workers for our prestigious Care Home client in Congleton CW12. As a valued member of the care family, you'll work within the care home environment delivering high-quality to the residents.

**Pay Scale**: Up to £11.25 per hour
**Shift**: Night

**Responsibiltites**:

- Working as part of the care team, you'll recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents, conduct formal supervisions and appraisals.
- Contributing to care planning and coaching support workers.
- With an emphasis on high quality, the purpose of the role is to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of working in a care setting
- A good team player.
