Job Overview Radis Community Care has an opportunity for Support Workers to join our team based in Heath View Extra Care Service, Congleton. Pay: £12.30 weekdays, £12.60 weekends. As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme you will predominantly support the elderly who are finding it difficult to cope due to physical frailty, enabling them to maintain independence. You will aid the people we support—often with restricted mobility—to move to dining areas at meal times, to communal areas for social activities and to the privacy of their bedrooms at their request. You will assist with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing. You will also take part in recreational and social activities, individually or as a group, promoting the people we support's independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the best standards of support.
