The Property Maintenance and Compliance Team are now looking to employ an Apprentice Customer Service Officer, working within a busy Business Support Team.

Key responsibilities:

- To provide support and assistance to the Property Maintenance Team by engaging with and responding to customer and colleague enquiries as necessary
- Offering administrative support
- Answer telephone enquiries from members of staff and tenants
- Providing timely, effective and customer focussed maintenance management services to residents.
- You will have the opportunity to work with a range of different people and teams, such as Business Support, Maintenance Surveyors, Operational staff and Housing Managers.
- You will interact and liaise with external customers in the form of tenants and leaseholders, tenant representatives and members of the public, employees and departments within the company.
- To be committed to delivering a service that is value for money.

Person specification:
Basic computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes, good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work to deadlines and experience working in a customer facing role.

GCSEs Maths and English at grade 4/C or above.

This will be supported by Starting Off’s level 2 Customer Service qualification with 20% off the job training.

**Job Type**: Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £9,277.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Northampton, NN5 5JW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:
