**Northampton Office (2 openings)**:
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career with a** full apprenticeship gaining NVQ levels 3** and higher in business administration. This is permanent role, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with **college day release** and an apprentice starting salary is £225 per week automatically increasing after 1 year.
Permanent.

The role offers full training in all aspects required to successfully progress in an office environment. There is free on-stie parking, company pension, sick pay, and schemes to support cycle and childcare.

Key duties include:
Filing;
Scanning and photocopying;
Stationary and stocking;
Greeting clients and assisting with calls;
Keeping work place tidy;
Collecting, sending, scanning and distributing post;
Opening files;
I.D. checks (and dealing with Client Care Packs when received back from the clients).

Further duties may include (for which training will be given):
Agents particulars/sales memos - requesting draft contracts etc.;
Requesting redemption statements;
Sending redemption statements to clients;
Chasing for completion dates;
Calling clients, estate agents and solicitors;
Sending packs out to lenders solicitors;
Witnessing signatures on documents when required;
Any other work within your capabilities and career aspirations
