**FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR - HYBRID WORKING - £22-25,000 PER ANNUM**

**Reporting to the Management Accountant, the main purpose of this role is to provide support to the finance team, while gaining invaluable experience in the workings of a fast-paced finance department. In this role, duties will include**:
**Group Banking**
- Banking: downloading all statements and reports from the bank on a daily basis and distributing to the finance team.
- Bank reconciliations - daily reconciliation to the cashbook and general ledger.
- Cash allocations - daily cash posting, reconciliations and distributing to management.
- Month end bank reconciliations
**Group Accounts Payable**

- Processing supplier invoices and ensuring supplier authorisation procedures are followed with an appropriate sign off.
- Produce and distribute weekly chase report to relevant Directors / Managers to ensure suppliers are paid within their terms
- Reconciling supplier statements to purchase ledger.
- Maintain accurate and up to date supplier accounts, ensuring compliance checks are complete.
- Cashbook postings, post and allocate payments on daily basis.
- Assist staff / suppliers with enquiries relating to invoices.
The function of this role is to assist the finance team in ensuring smooth day to day running of the accounts function.
