As a HR Culture Lead, you will work within our Technology areas, and overall COO ongoing transformation initiatives to move Santander towards a Digital Bank with a human touch, People and Culture remain the key focus to success. To truly embed the Santander Way within large scale transformation, we are offering the opportunity to deliver, implement and be part of the cultural changes with key stakeholders, that are needed to ensure Colleagues in these areas are truly engaged and aligned to Santander's Purpose.

In this interesting and diverse role, you will drive and implement cultural development programmes in mindsets and behaviours. You will also be a key member of the Culture and Experience team enhancing a thriving culture where our people can achieve great things for our customers, our communities and themselves.

You will be responsible for providing consultancy and delivery aligned to The Santander Way culture framework, utilising key behavioural methodologies, such as thought leadership and values-led business models. Working with IT remediation Working Group, Financial Crime Teams, Senior HR Business Partners (Economic Crime & wider COO), HR AoE and Internal Communications Teams you will be responsible for the implementation of fully integrated programmes of activity.

**The difference you’ll make.**
- Working with cross team working groups with Technology & COO Teams, HR and Internal Communications to activate the programme of activity
- Design and implementation of Cultural and behavioural interventions into Technology aligned to Santander UK Cultural programme and strategy.
- Accountable for data insights/peakon and engaging on priorities and planning
- Supporting Senior Leaders to embed behaviours that builds tone from the top specifically focused on T.E.A.M.S and the Santander Way priorities in these areas
- Working in partnership with the Internal Communications Team, develop and launch a dynamic people engagement plan to nudge behaviour and mindset change (Digest, Industry Talks, Impact Videos).
- Aligning to the Senior HR Programme manager for Culture (Technology & Financial Crime) on the identification of the cultural focus areas providing direction and guidance on the action required to deliver them enterprise wide.

**What you’ll bring.**
- Experience gained in either Santander Technology, Learning, Organisational Development/Change Management/Change Coordination or Culture related discipline (e.g. People Insights).
- Experience of co-ordinating cross team working groups, bringing people together with expert project management skills.

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Experience of working in a Culture Team with an experience of stakeholder management at all levels
- Consulting and facilitation skills, ability to diagnose, identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Systematic and structured way of working, with an enterprise-wide perspective.
- Ability to assess potential problems and make sound judgments on issues that may have an adverse effect on the business from a Risk based perspective

**What else you need to know.**

This role is a 12-month secondment which will provide great opportunity for growth and development in contributing to enterprise-wide cultural change.

The role will be split between home and office working, based at our offices in Milton Keynes. However, we are flexible and other locations will be considered.

We are completely flexible so will consider part time applicants and can offer as a potential job share opportunity.
